Studies were carried out with the Celiac Life Association and patients were given tastings.
The amount of gluten did not exceed 20mg/kg of measured dry matter.
Except for flour, other raw materials for Güllüoğlu baklava are kept the same.
Our products are analyzed regularly.
We use a separate warehouse and special production area for gluten-free Baklava production. We serve our gluten-free products, produced by specially trained production personnel, with separate service equipment (tray-spatula-knife). You can eat safely and deliciously!
